How do I apply?
You can apply online on our website at by clicking on the apply button and creating an account or you can come into our office and fill out a paper application and sign a statement of rental policy.

How long is my lease term?
We offer 7-12 month lease terms. There is a short-term lease premium of $200 per month for any lease term shorter than 12 months.

What deposits are required?
Security deposits start at $600 and can go up to one month (based on credit).

Is renter’s insurance required?
Yes, we do require renter’s insurance and it must provide coverage for a minimum of $100,000 in legal liability protection. You may use any provider if they meet that requirement.

When is my rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st, but you do have a grace period until the 3rd. Rent is considered late on the 4th and the late fee is $125.

How do I pay my rent?
We urge all residents to pay online via our online portal or on, which is our 3rd party payment service provider.

Are any utilities included in rent?
Utilities are not included in and rent and are based on your unit size and the number of occupants you have in your unit.

What utilities am I responsible for?
You are responsible for water/sewer, pest control and trash.

Who is my cable/ internet provider?
You can use Comcast or AT&T as your provider.

What if I need maintenance?
We urge residents to submit maintenance requests online via the resident portal. You are also more than welcome to call or come into the office to submit one as well.

Where can I find a copy of my lease?
A copy of your lease will be sent you electronically once executed by all parties. We can also provide you with a copy here in the leasing office.

Do the apartments have a washer/dryer?
Yes, all units have W/D inside the unit.

How do I add a roommate?
When adding a roommate or roommates, they will need to go through the same screening process as all other applicants by fill out an application and sign a statement of rental policy.

Is parking first come first serve or do we pay for a permit/spot?
Parking is first come first serve, expect for the parking garage, which is reserved and ranges from $100-$125 per month. We also only allow 1 car per lease holder.

Is the community pet friendly?
Yes, we are a pet friendly community. We allow 2 pets maximum, up to 100 lbs. (combined) and there is a one-time pet fee of $500 (non-refundable) and a monthly pet rent charge of $20 (per pet). Please note that all pets must be screened through

What are your restricted breeds?
The following breeds are considered restricted; Pit Bulls, Bull Terriers, Rottweiler, Doberman, Wolfdog, Malamute, Dog Argentino, Chow Chow, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Akita, Presa Canario, Staffordshire Terrier or any mixes of.

Can I sublet my apartment?
No, we do not allow subletting.

Are your apartments furnished?
We do not offer furnished apartments.
